Returns and Cancellation Policy

1. A custom clutch is handmade especially for you according to your choice of outer fabric, lining, and size. It is not held in stock before the order is placed, and each custom clutch is made for one specific customer.

2. It is therefore considered "goods manufactured specifically for the consumer according to measurements or special requirements," as described in Section 14C(d) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and Regulation 6(a)(2) of the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions).

3. A custom clutch order cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind. No refund or store credit will be issued in such cases.

4. Please check your selections carefully before confirming your order. Once the order has been placed, the outer fabric, lining, and size cannot be changed.

5. This does not apply to an item that is defective or does not match the order. In such cases, you retain all rights detailed in Section C below, just as you would with any other product.

6. A purchase of a clutch that was already in stock may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving it by emailing studio.debbies@gmail.com.

7. Your cancellation request must include your name and order number.

8. To qualify for a refund: the item must be returned complete, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

9. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will be charged at ₪30.

10. If a transaction is cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded after deducting a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

11. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

12. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

13. Please inspect the item upon delivery and report any visible defect or difference from your order as soon as possible, preferably within 72 hours. Please include photographs of the issue. This does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

14. If a defect or nonconformity is reported and verified, the Website will choose one of the following solutions in consultation with you: repairing the item, replacing it, or issuing a full refund.

15. If the item is defective, the Website will cover all return shipping costs, including collection of the item. No cancellation fee will be charged.

16. If we send a fabric, lining, or size that does not match your order, this is considered a nonconformity, not a change of mind. The clutch will be replaced at no cost, including when it is a custom clutch.

17. Our bags are handmade from fabric. Slight variations in color, texture, pattern placement, or finish between items or compared with the images displayed on the Website are a natural part of handmade production and are not considered defects.

18. Natural wear and tear, damage caused by unreasonable use, washing, or cleaning that does not follow the care instructions is not covered.

19. Email studio.debbies@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

20. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not return an item before receiving confirmation and instructions from us - a package sent without prior coordination may not reach the correct destination.
