1.1 Information you provide directly: When placing an order, you provide your full name, telephone number, email address, shipping address, and any notes you add to the order. When creating an account, you provide only your email address. If you choose to save them to your account, we also store your name, telephone number, and one shipping address to make future orders easier. When contacting us through the contact form, the information you enter is sent to us by email. When joining the mailing list, only your email address is collected.

1.2 Information collected automatically: We collect information about the orders you place, including the items ordered, the total amount, and a preview of your customized clutch if you order a custom item. We also collect basic technical information required to operate and secure the Website — see our Cookie Policy. Statistical information about how the Website is used is collected through Google Analytics only after you provide your consent.

1.3 Credit card details are not collected, stored, or accessible to the Website at any stage. They are transferred directly to Grow, our payment provider, which operates in accordance with applicable payment security standards.

2.2 To contact you regarding your order, including confirmations, updates, questions, or issues.

2.3 To manage your account and allow you to view your order history.

2.4 For accounting purposes and to meet legal reporting requirements.

2.6 Your information will not be used for any other purpose and will not be sold to any third party.

3.1 Information is shared only with the service providers required to operate the Website and fulfil your order, as detailed below.

3.2 Delivery company: Your name, telephone number, and delivery address are shared solely for the purpose of delivering your order.

3.3 Payment provider, Grow: Information is shared as required to process your payment.

3.4 Technology service providers: These providers support the hosting of the Website and its database, as well as the delivery of operational emails. Their servers may be located outside Israel in countries recognized as providing an adequate level of protection for personal information.

3.5 Email marketing provider: Only your email address is shared, and only if you have joined the mailing list. It is used to send updates and allow you to unsubscribe.

3.6 Legal requirements: Information may be disclosed if required by law, a court order, or a request from an authorized authority.

3.7 Analytics services - Debbie’s uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Website. This service operates only after you provide your explicit consent. Google Analytics collects technical and statistical information such as pages viewed, time spent on the Website, device type, and how you reached the Website. It also collects information about shopping activity, including fabric selections made while customizing a clutch, adding an item to the cart, beginning checkout, and completing an order. As part of this process, Google receives information about what was ordered, including product and fabric names, size, order number, and purchase amounts. Debbie’s does not provide Google with information identifying the customer. This means that your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, and payment details are not shared with Google. Google retains this information for a limited period according to the settings selected by Debbie’s. Advertising and personalization features are disabled. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie Policy page. Once consent is withdrawn, the service will stop operating.

4.1 Order details are retained for as long as required under applicable tax and accounting laws, currently for at least seven years. The Website does not currently have an automatic mechanism for deleting, anonymizing, or minimizing this information. As a result, order details are currently retained indefinitely, including beyond the legally required period.

4.2 Your account information is retained for as long as your account remains active.

4.3 Information that is no longer required should be deleted or anonymized. At present, the Website does not have an automatic mechanism that performs this process. In practice, the information continues to be stored as originally collected.

5.1 You may request access to the information collected about you, ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, or request its deletion.

5.3 We will respond to your request within a reasonable period.

5.4 One important limitation: some information must be retained to meet legal reporting requirements. For example, order information relating to an issued receipt cannot be deleted before the legally required retention period has ended. Other information will be deleted upon request.

5.5 In your account area on the Website, you can edit or delete the name, telephone number, and address saved there, at any time and without contacting us.

6.1 The Website uses commonly accepted measures to protect personal information, including encrypted communication (HTTPS) and limiting access to authorized parties only.

6.2 However, no online system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7.1 The Website is not intended for children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
