Every bag is checked carefully before it leaves the studio. If yours still arrived damaged, write to us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we'll be glad to arrange a replacement or a refund, in line with our terms.

A ready-made bag can be returned within 14 days. Because made-to-order bags are sewn especially for you, they can't be returned simply due to a change of mind. All the conditions are set out in our terms.

Every bag is handmade in our studio using carefully selected, high-quality fabrics. To keep yours looking its best, gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid excessive moisture and direct sunlight, and do not machine wash.
